abstract | The invention discloses a filtrate reducer for a soilless phase high-density saturated saline drilling fluid, which is a mixture with an interpenetrating copolymer network formed by a polymer A and a polymer B; wherein the polymer A is polymerized by starch and alkenyl monomers; the polymer B is formed by polymerizing an alkenyl monomer and an organic silicon monomer containing double bonds; in addition, the preparation method is simple, and the interpenetrating polymer network is prepared by mixing and stirring the mixed solution containing the polymer A and the mixed solution containing the polymer B which are obtained by pre-polymerization to form an interpenetrating polymer network, and then precipitating, washing, drying and crushing the interpenetrating polymer network by absolute ethyl alcohol; the fluid loss additive has moderate tackifying amplitude in a soilless phase high-density saturated saline drilling fluid system, obvious fluid loss reducing effect, good temperature and salt resisting effect and good suspension effect on a solid phase. |
