The method comprises the steps of firstly, preparing cortical cell water suspension by taking wool keratin cortical cells as raw materials; adding glutaraldehyde into the cortical cell water suspension, and magnetically stirring to obtain uniform milky white suspension; then, the milky white suspension is quickly frozen at the temperature of minus 40 ℃, and then vacuum freeze drying is carried out; and finally, placing the sample subjected to vacuum freeze drying in an oven for baking, and crosslinking glutaraldehyde and keratin to obtain the porous material of the sheep fur cytoplasmic cells. The invention prepares the porous material with larger gaps by a simple method, can be used in the fields of heat preservation, heat insulation, shock absorption and the like, and belongs to the technical field of high polymer materials. |
