titleOfInvention Flurbiprofen meptazinol ester medicinal compound and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a flurbiprofen meptazinol ester medicinal compound and a preparation method thereof, which are used for solving the technical problem of poor stability of hydroxyl in the existing meptazinol. The technical scheme is that the pharmaceutical compound of flurbiprofen meptazinol ester does not change the pharmacodynamic structure parts of flurbiprofen and meptazinol. The preparation method combines the carboxyl of flurbiprofen and the hydroxyl of meptazinol into ester according to the drug splicing principle, so that the irritation of the carboxyl in flurbiprofen and the instability of the hydroxyl in meptazinol can be reduced. Because the carboxyl and the hydroxyl are combined into ester through esterification reaction, free carboxyl and hydroxyl do not exist in the compound, and the adverse reaction of the two groups is overcome. The compound is hydrolyzed into flurbiprofen serving as an analgesic and anti-inflammatory drug and meptazinol serving as an analgesic drug, and animal experiments show that the compound has double effects of relieving pain and diminishing inflammation.
