abstract | The invention relates to the field of organic synthesis, and particularly relates to a preparation method of aminopolyethylene glycol propionic acid. The preparation method comprises the following steps of 1) carrying out catalytic hydrogenation reaction on t-butyl dibenzylaminopolyethylene glycol propionate shown in a formula I-2 to obtain t-butyl aminopolyethylene glycol propionate shown in a formula I-3; 2) hydrolyzing the amino polyethylene glycol tert-butyl propionate shown in the formula I-3 under an acidic condition to obtain the amino polyethylene glycol propionic acid shown in the formula I. The invention solves the defects of low yield, high danger and difficult scale-up production in the prior art. The preparation method provided by the invention has the advantages that the reaction conditions are mild, the operation is simple, the intermediate can be directly subjected to the next reaction without purification, the total yield is up to 87-92%, the purity of the final product is up to 97-99.5%, and a safe and efficient synthetic route is provided for the preparation of aminopolyethylene glycol propionic acid. |
