titleOfInvention Polyurethane foaming prefabricated direct-buried heat insulation composite plastic pipe and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention provides a polyurethane foam prefabricated direct-buried heat insulation composite plastic pipe and a preparation method thereof, wherein the polyurethane foam prefabricated direct-buried heat insulation composite plastic pipe comprises a working pipe and a protective sleeve, wherein the inner wall of the protective sleeve is provided with internal threads, the outer wall of the working pipe is provided with threaded ribs, the protective sleeve is sleeved outside the working pipe, and the internal threads of the protective sleeve are meshed with the threaded ribs of the working pipe; an insulating layer is filled between the outer wall of the working pipe and the inner wall of the protective sleeve, and the insulating layer is formed by polyurethane composite material and polymeric MDI which are poured between the outer wall of the working pipe and the inner wall of the protective sleeve; the polyurethane composite material comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of polyurethane rigid foam combined polyether and 1-10 parts of modified hollow glass beads; the modified hollow glass beads are hollow glass beads subjected to surface modification by a silane coupling agent. The polyurethane foaming prefabricated direct-buried heat insulation composite plastic pipe provided by the invention has excellent ring stiffness and axial shear strength.
