titleOfInvention | Application of Glechomae herba polysaccharide in preparing anticomplement medicine and its preparation method |
abstract | The invention relates to polysaccharide, in particular to application of natural homogeneous polysaccharide in longtube ground ivy herb in preparing anticomplement medicines and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the field of traditional Chinese medicines. The invention carries out active guide separation on the longhairy antenoron herb aqueous extract to obtain two homogeneous polysaccharides which are respectively named as GLP-1 and GLP-2. The structural characteristics of Glechoma longituba polysaccharide GLP-1 and Glechoma longituba polysaccharide GLP-2 are described as follows: (1) GLP-1 is heteropolysaccharide mainly composed of 5 monosaccharides, and is mainly connected in a galactose 1, 6-connected main chain, and other small amount of saccharides are connected on branched chains of the main chain. (2) GLP-2 is heteropolysaccharide mainly composed of 6 monosaccharides, the main connection mode is similar to GLP-1, the main chain is 1, 6-connection of galactose, and other small amount of sugar is connected on the branched chain of the main chain. In vitro hemolysis experiments prove that two Glechomae herba polysaccharide GLP-1 and GLP-2 have obvious inhibition on cell hemolysis caused by complement classical pathway activation, namely have obvious anticomplementary effect. CH (CH) 50 The values were 0.028. + -. 0.011 mg/mL and 0.056. + -. 0.015 mg/mL, respectively. |
