titleOfInvention | A method for rejuvenating nitrogen-holding bacteria in high-temperature micro-aerobic composting that reduces ammonia volatilization in livestock and poultry manure composting |
abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of environmental microbes, relates to the rejuvenation of bacterial strains, in particular to a method for rejuvenation of nitrogen-holding bacteria in high-temperature micro-aerobic composting that reduces ammonia volatilization in livestock and poultry manure composting. The compost sample was used as the culture substrate for acclimatization and cultivation. After several times of plate coating, plate streaking and subculture, and ammonia oxidation ability testing, the most suitable rejuvenation conditions for this strain of ammonia oxidizing bacteria to restore ammonia oxidation ability were finally obtained. The ammonia oxidation activity of the high-temperature micro-aerobic composting nitrogen-holding bacteria that can reduce the volatilization of ammonia in livestock and poultry manure composting after rejuvenation by this method can be restored to the normal level before degradation. |
