titleOfInvention | Functional edible film based on hemicellulose and chitosan and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a functional edible film based on hemicellulose and chitosan, which comprises the following steps: (1) mixing chitosan with acetic acid solution, heating and stirring to obtain chitosan solution. (2) Mixing the hemicellulose with an acetic acid solution, heating and stirring to obtain the hemicellulose solution. (3) The xylo-oligosaccharide solution is prepared by adopting a method of acid hydrolysis of hemicellulose. (4) Mixing the hemicellulose and the chitosan solution, adding the cellulose nanofiber solution, then adding the xylo-oligosaccharide solution prepared in the step (3) into the mixed solution, stirring the mixed solution at room temperature, centrifuging to remove insoluble impurities, performing ultrasonic degassing, and standing to obtain the composite membrane solution. (5) Taking the film forming solution into a culture dish, and placing the culture dish in a vacuum drying oven for drying to form a film. The edible film prepared by the invention has high mechanical strength, good oxygen resistance, antibacterial property, health-care function and the like, and has good application prospects in the aspects of food packaging, oxidation resistance and the like. |
