The experimental result shows that the compound can obviously reduce the expression of full-length androgen receptor (AR-FL) and variant androgen receptor (AR-v7), inhibit the proliferation of cancer cells, especially prostate cancer cells, and has potential therapeutic effect on cancer, especially prostate cancer.
