titleOfInvention Bionic wound repairing film and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention provides a bionic wound repair membrane and a preparation method thereof. The bionic wound repair membrane comprises water-soluble chitosan and a natural biological matrix subjected to cell removal treatment, wherein the weight ratio of the water-soluble chitosan to the natural biological matrix subjected to cell removal treatment is 10-50: 1. The bionic wound repairing film prepared by the method provided by the application can effectively induce bionic regenerative repair of the wound, reduce pathological repair and improve quality after healing by simultaneously using the water-soluble chitosan and the natural biological matrix subjected to cell removal treatment and controlling the weight ratio of the water-soluble chitosan to the natural biological matrix, and can avoid scars caused by excessive proliferation of body tissues of the wound part. Meanwhile, the repairing film can meet the requirements of more complex operation, and solves the problems of poor healing quality and limited clinical application of wound repairing products in the prior art.
