According to the invention, a hydrothermal method is adopted to prepare the cobalt hydroxide precursor of the organic anion intercalation loaded on the foamed nickel in situ, and then the cobalt hydroxide precursor is roasted in inert atmosphere and air respectively to obtain the cobaltosic oxide/carbon nano composite material with high dispersion and high stability. The strong interaction and the mosaic structure between the cobaltosic oxide and the carbon enable the carbon layer and the cobaltosic oxide to generate a synergistic effect, the advantages are combined with each other, the defects are weakened, the energy storage characteristics of the double electric layer capacitor and the pseudo capacitor are exerted, and the composite electrode material with high power density, good cycle stability and relatively high energy density is prepared. The multielement composite nano material has excellent comprehensive performance when being used for the electrode of the super capacitor, has the advantages of simple preparation process, short period, low cost and the like, and is expected to have wide application in the field of super capacitors. |
