titleOfInvention Array substrate, display panel and display device
abstract The invention discloses an array substrate, a display panel and a display device, wherein the array substrate comprises a bottom plate, a secondary region common electrode, a compensation electrode and a secondary region pixel electrode are sequentially stacked on the bottom plate, the compensation electrode and the secondary region common electrode are arranged in an insulating mode and are electrically connected with the secondary region pixel electrode through a through hole, the projection area of the compensation electrode on the bottom plate is not larger than the projection area of the secondary region common electrode on the bottom plate, at least part of the projection area of the secondary region common electrode on the bottom plate is overlapped with the projection area of the secondary region pixel electrode on the bottom plate, and the projection area of the compensation electrode on the bottom plate is not overlapped with the projection area of the secondary region pixel electrode on the bottom plate. The array substrate can improve the liquid crystal alignment capability.
