titleOfInvention | Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay kit for detecting butralin and application thereof |
abstract | The invention provides an enzyme linked immunosorbent assay kit for detecting butralin and application thereof, which is characterized in that: it includes: the kit comprises an enzyme label plate coated with a butralin coupling antigen, a butralin monoclonal antibody, an enzyme-labeled anti-antibody, a butralin standard substance solution, a substrate color developing solution, a stop solution, a cleaning solution and a complex solution. The butralin coupled antigen is obtained by coupling butralin hapten and carrier protein, and the butralin hapten is obtained by reacting 4-chloro-3, 5-dinitrophenylacetic acid and butylamine. The invention also discloses a method for detecting butralin residual quantity by applying the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay kit, which comprises the following steps: firstly, preprocessing a sample, then detecting by using a kit, and finally analyzing a detection result. The enzyme linked immunosorbent assay kit provided by the invention can be used for detecting the residual quantity of butralin in tobacco leaves, is simple and convenient to operate, low in cost and high in sensitivity, can be monitored on site, and is suitable for screening a large number of samples. |
