The invention adopts a mode of combining low-power full-aperture laser scattering rapid scanning imaging and high-power fixed-point bright field imaging, not only realizes rapid positioning of the body defect, but also can accurately measure the size of the body defect, and provides reliable basis for element quality evaluation and grading.
