abstract | The invention discloses a gene related to a flavone composition in scutellaria baicalensis, which comprises one or more of a flavone synthetase gene with a sequence shown as SEQ ID No.1, a flavone 6-position hydroxylase gene with a sequence shown as SEQ ID No.3 and a flavone 8-position hydroxylase gene with a sequence shown as SEQ ID No.5, and provides a primer composition for amplifying the gene, a protein coded by the gene, a recombinant vector containing the gene, a host cell or a transgenic cell line and application thereof. The protein coded by the gene can participate in the synthesis of baicalein and wogonin and the catalysis of the synthesis and hydroxylation reaction of flavonoids with similar structures, provides a good foundation for producing effective active substances, provides a theoretical foundation for producing the baicalein, the wogonin and glycoside thereof on a large scale, and lays a solid foundation for industrially producing other related flavonoids. |
