The invention provides a hybridoma cell line A4‑6A2, a procalcitonin monoclonal antibody produced by the cell line and an application thereof. The hybridoma cell line A4-6A2 is preserved in the China Center for Type Culture Collection, and the preservation number is CCTCC NO: C2017143. The procalcitonin monoclonal antibody can be used in immunoassay methods. The present invention also provides a group of paired antibodies, which are composed of antibodies produced by hybridoma cell line A4-6A2 and antibodies produced by hybridoma cell line A4-1B1, and the hybridoma cell line A4-1B1 is preserved in China Typical Culture Collection Center, the deposit number is CCTCC NO: C2017144. The paired antibodies described above can be used in immunoassay methods. The antibody provided by the invention has high specificity, sensitive response and low cost, and is suitable for large-scale application in clinical detection kits. |
