Meanwhile, the invention also discloses a preparation method of the micro-emulsified cutting fluid. The microemulsified cutting fluid provided by the invention has good effects of extreme pressure lubrication, cooling, corrosion prevention, rust prevention, cleaning and the like; no toxicity, no peculiar smell, no irritation to skin and convenient use; the method is economical and reasonable, and can be diluted with water at high times for use; the rust and corrosion of equipment can be prevented, and the service lives of the cutter and the machine tool can be effectively prolonged; good anti-foaming performance, long service life and low use cost. |
