abstract The invention relates to the technical field of cutting fluid, in particular to cutting fluid for efficient bearing grinding and cutting, a preparation method and a use method thereof, wherein the cutting fluid consists of 10-20 parts of water-soluble alcohol amine, 3-12 parts of dicarboxylate-based compound preservative, 2-10 parts of emulsifier, 2-8 parts of synthetic grease, 2-8 parts of film-forming agent, 1-3 parts of hexanediol, 0.1-1 part of benzotriazole, 1-3 parts of pH value regulator, 15-25 parts of base oil and 30-40 parts of deionized water; the preparation steps of the invention are as follows: heating sebacic acid, dodecanedioic acid, methyl phenyl triazole, neodecanoic acid, monoisopropanolamine and water to 55-65 ℃ to completely dissolve the sebacic acid, the dodecanedioic acid, the methyl phenyl triazole, the neodecanoic acid, the monoisopropanolamine and the water to form transparent liquid, adding water-soluble alcohol amine, base oil, benzotriazole, deionized water and a pH value regulator, stirring until the mixture is uniform and transparent, and finally adding an emulsifier, synthetic fat, a film-forming agent and hexanediol, and stirring until the mixture is transparent. The cutting fluid is convenient for workshop management and can avoid rusting and black spots.
