titleOfInvention Self-repairing electroactive hydrogel and application thereof
abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of biomedical materials, and particularly relates to a self-repairing electroactive hydrogel and application thereof. The self-repairing electroactive hydrogel provided by the invention is formed by the interaction of an electroactive polymer and a cross-linking agent. The electroactive polymer is a water-soluble polymer, and a main chain or a side chain of the electroactive polymer contains a conductive polymer oligomer. The interaction between the electroactive polymer and the cross-linking agent is one or two of a physical non-covalent bond and a chemical covalent bond. The physical non-covalent bond is hydrogen bond, hydrophobic interaction, electrostatic interaction, pi-pi stacking, host-guest interaction or supermolecular interaction. The chemical covalent bond is one or more of acylhydrazone bond, imine bond, disulfide bond, borate, trithioester and DA reversible covalent bond groups. The self-repairing electroactive hydrogel disclosed by the invention has good electroactive, biocompatibility and self-repairing properties, and has a large application space in the biomedical field, such as the fields of drug delivery, tissue engineering and the like.
