titleOfInvention | Glycosyl-containing naphthalimide fluorescent probe and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a glycosyl-containing naphthalimide fluorescent probe and application thereof in screening of glycosidase inhibitor molecules and cell imaging. The structural formula of the fluorescent probe containing glycosyl naphthalimide is shown as a formula I, wherein the glycosyl is beta-glucose, beta-N-acetylglucosamine, beta-galactose and beta-N-acetylgalactosamine, and N is 1-6. The fluorescent probe containing glycosyl naphthalimide designed and synthesized by the invention has excellent water solubility and fluorescence property, can be applied to molecular screening of glycosidase inhibitors, and can rapidly screen inhibitor molecules with the inhibition rate of more than 70 percent by naked eyes; the probe can be further used for fluorescence imaging of glycosidase in living cells. |
