abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of olefin polymerization, and discloses a novel fluorinated alpha-nickel diimine complex containing ortho-diphenylmethyl and a preparation method thereof, wherein the complex is applied to ethylene polymerization, introduces diphenylmethyl and F groups with large steric hindrance into the ortho-position of a phenyl group of a catalyst, changes the coordination environment (steric hindrance and electron density) of a metal center, and can effectively adjust catalytic activity, polymer molecular weight and a micro-branched structure under the activation of a cocatalyst MAO. The complex has high thermal stability when catalyzing ethylene polymerization, and polyethylene with high molecular weight and low branching degree is obtained. |
