abstract The invention discloses a ratio-type near-infrared fluorescent probe, a synthesis method and an application thereof. The recognition effect of the ratiometric fluorescent probe on various enzymes is researched by ultraviolet-visible absorption spectrometry, fluorescence spectrometry and the like, and the result shows that the ratiometric fluorescent probe can efficiently and selectively recognize alkaline phosphatase in a Tris-HCl buffer solution and has high response sensitivity to the alkaline phosphatase.
