titleOfInvention A kind of preparation method and application of solid dispersion of fucoidan and curcumin
abstract The invention discloses a method and application for preparing a solid dispersion by grinding, using low molecular weight fucoidan and PEG with a molecular weight of 4000-10000 as a combined dispersion medium, and curcumin as a dispersoid. Compared with the solid dispersion of pure PEG6000 and curcumin, the solid dispersion has better solubilization effect. The complex preparation of fucoidan and curcumin can be used to prevent and treat Helicobacter pylori infection and protect gastric mucosa. In particular, the anti-adhesion, immunomodulatory, and anti-oxidative and anti-inflammatory effects of fucoidan are promising for overcoming the drug resistance of H. pylori and for preventing and treating H. pylori infection. This solid dispersion can be further prepared into curcumin-fucoidan compound preparation, such as powder, tablet, capsule, granule or dry suspension.
