titleOfInvention An organic light-emitting diode device and a method for manufacturing the same
abstract The invention provides an organic light emitting diode device. The organic light emitting diode device includes a substrate, a packaging board, a packaging structure and an organic light emitting diode. The substrate includes a light emitting element area and an encapsulation area surrounding the light emitting element area. Inside, the position of the encapsulation structure corresponds to the encapsulation area, and the encapsulation board is arranged opposite to the substrate, so that the light-emitting element area is encapsulated by the encapsulation structure disposed between the encapsulation board and the substrate. The encapsulation structure includes an outer package structure and an inner package structure. The encapsulation structure is arranged on the substrate, the outer encapsulation structure sealingly connects the encapsulation board and the substrate, the inner encapsulation structure is formed inside the outer encapsulation structure, and the inner encapsulation structure includes a fluid filling material. The present invention also provides a method for manufacturing an organic light emitting diode device. The filling material in the packaging structure of the organic light emitting diode device can prevent water vapor and oxygen from invading into the light emitting element region.
