The invention overcomes the defects of the prior art, the rice OsPGSIP1 gene is overexpressed in rice Zhenshan 97B, the expression level of a transgenic plant OsPGSIP1 is increased, and the contents of thousand seed weight and biomass cellulose and hemicellulose in the seedling stage are increased; the OsPGSIP1 gene in Zhenshan 97B is inhibited, the expression level of the transgenic plant OsPGSIP1 is reduced, and the contents of chlorophyll and nitrogen in leaves are increased; the introduction of the OsPGSIP1 allele derived from wild rice ACC10 into Zhenshan 97B can significantly increase seedling-stage biomass, thousand-grain weight, cellulose and hemicellulose content and mechanical strength of stalks of Zhenshan 97B. |
