titleOfInvention | TTC21B gene mutant and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a TTC21B gene mutant and application thereof, and particularly relates to a separated nucleic acid for coding a TTC21B mutant, a separated polypeptide, a system for screening a biological sample susceptible to nephron phthisis type 12, a kit for screening a biological sample susceptible to nephron phthisis type 12 and a method for constructing a drug screening model. Wherein the isolated nucleic acid encoding a TTC21B mutant hybridizes to SEQ ID NO: 1 compared with the original mutant, the mutant has both c.1552T > C mutation and c.895T > C mutation. By detecting whether the new mutant exists in a biological sample, whether the biological sample is susceptible to nephron tuberculosis type 12 can be effectively detected. |
