titleOfInvention Bacillus subtilis L1 and application thereof in degrading residual lincomycin in lincomycin residues
abstract The invention discloses a bacillus subtilis L1 and application thereof in degrading residual lincomycin in lincomycin residues, wherein the application is that fermentation liquor obtained by fermenting and culturing bacillus subtilis L1 is inoculated into the lincomycin residues and cultured at 25-37 ℃ and 80-220 rpm to realize degradation of lincomycin in the residues. The bacillus subtilis L1 degrades the residual lincomycin in the lincomycin residues, and the degradation rate of the degraded lincomycin reaches 95.39% within six days; the microorganism degrading the antibiotic can also be used for the degradation of the antibiotic in tap water or soil.
