titleOfInvention Preparation method of modified graphene oxide flame-retardant film and fire early warning application thereof
abstract The invention discloses a modified graphene oxide film which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.1-0.6 part of ascorbic acid, 1 part of graphene oxide and 0.1-0.5 part of silane coupling agent; the preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing graphene oxide into an aqueous solution, adding a silane coupling agent and L-ascorbic acid, stirring, exhausting bubbles, and drying to obtain the graphene oxide-based composite material; on the basis, a low-temperature fire early warning device is constructed, and the low-temperature fire early warning device is formed by sequentially connecting a low-voltage safety battery, an alarm lamp and the modified graphene oxide film through a lead; according to the invention, the thermal stability of the graphene oxide and organic silicon synergistic flame-retardant reinforced structure is realized by silanization treatment, the thermal reduction of the graphene oxide can be promoted at low temperature by adding L-ascorbic acid, the prepared graphene oxide film synergistically modified by silane and L-ascorbic acid reduces the response temperature of early warning, greatly shortens the early warning time, and can continuously keep the skeleton structure at high temperature or in flame so as to continuously give an alarm.
