abstract | The invention provides a method for synthesizing 2-O- (3-aminopropyl hydrogen phosphoryl) -ascorbic acid, which takes cheap and easily-obtained commodity acetonylidene protected ascorbic acid, N-Boc-3-aminopropanol and phosphorus oxychloride as raw materials to obtain the 2-O- (3-aminopropyl hydrogen phosphoryl) -ascorbic acid through esterification and hydrolysis reaction. The method can conveniently obtain the 2-O- (3-aminopropyl hydrogen phosphoryl) -ascorbic acid product with high purity and high yield with low cost and less steps, and the reaction condition of the reaction is mild, easy to control, and has little environmental pollution, the yield is improved by at least 30 percent compared with the traditional process, the cost is less than 10 percent of the traditional process, and the method is extremely suitable for industrial production. |
