The invention discloses an aromatic amine derivative and an organic electroluminescent device thereof, and relates to the technical field of organic photoelectric materials. Because the aromatic amine derivatives of the present invention have a bipolar structure, they have good carrier transport properties, enable electrons and holes to recombine effectively in the light-emitting layer, and have high luminous efficiency. In addition, the aromatic amine derivatives of the present invention have higher glass transition temperature and thermal stability, which is beneficial to the film formation of materials. The organic electroluminescent device of the present invention includes a cathode, an anode and one or more organic layers, at least one layer of the organic layer contains the aromatic amine derivative of the present invention, and the organic electroluminescent device of the present invention has a lower Driving voltage, higher luminous efficiency and luminous brightness, and longer service life. |
