titleOfInvention Preparation method of badminton head
abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of a badminton head, relating to the field of badmintons; (1) preheating a ball head die, wherein the heating temperature is 200-250 ℃, the heat preservation time is 10-15min, then the temperature is reduced to 120-160 ℃, the heat preservation time is 15-20min, and then cold water with the temperature below 5 ℃ is used for reducing the arc part at the bottom of the die by 10 ℃; (2) coating xylene between layers on the arc part at the bottom of the ball head mold, injecting a ball head raw material into the ball head mold, compressing by using a compaction block, and preserving heat for 3-3.5 hours to obtain a semi-finished product of the ball head; (3) heating the mold with the ball head semi-finished product to the temperature of 220 ℃ and 260 ℃, preserving heat for 8-10min, rapidly cooling to room temperature, standing for 2-3min, and taking out the ball head semi-finished product; (4) cutting the end face of the semi-finished badminton head, polishing, uniformly punching, coating a layer of adhesive on the periphery of the top end of the hole, wherein the thickness of the adhesive is 0.2-0.3mm, and thus obtaining the badminton head; by adopting a die forming method, the prepared ball head material has uniform components and good integrity, and is not easy to damage.
