titleOfInvention | Pouring method of titanium alloy steel ingot |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for casting a titanium alloy steel ingot, which comprises the steps of adding an insulating refractory mud ring prepared for casting materials on the top of the existing steel mould, arranging two metal conductive parts which are not in contact with each other on the inner wall of the insulating refractory mud ring, arranging an electric slag layer at the bottom of the steel mould, floating electric slag in the casting process of a down-casting method, connecting a power supply system after the electric slag enters the insulating refractory mud ring and is in contact with a metal guide part, heating the electric slag due to the self resistance value of the electric slag and performing proper heat supplementing and heat insulating effects on molten steel at the lower part of the electric slag, eliminating the defects of scabs, heavy skin, shrinkage cavities, cracks, looseness, segregation and the like easily formed on the upper layer of the steel ingot, and improving the quality of the steel ingot. |
