titleOfInvention | Preparation method of pH-responsive crosslinked multilayer film for oil-water separation |
abstract | The invention relates to the field of water treatment, and discloses a preparation method of a pH-responsive crosslinked multilayer film for oil-water separation, which comprises the steps of achieving hydrophilic modification by self-polymerization deposition of dopamine on a microfiltration membrane, assembling an anionic polymer and a cationic polymer by a layer-by-layer self-assembly method to obtain a polymer coating with pH responsiveness, and preparing the pH-responsive crosslinked multilayer film; the polymer coating is surface positively charged at pH < anionic polymer pKa condition and surface negatively charged at pH > anionic polymer pKa condition. In the pH responsive crosslinked multilayer film prepared by the method, the bonding fastness of the hydrophilic polymer and the microfiltration membrane is high, the flux is large, the oil-water separation effect is good, the flexibility is good, the preparation method is simple, the cost is low, the pH responsive multilayer film has the pH responsive characteristic, and the pH responsive crosslinked multilayer film can be recycled. |
