abstract The invention discloses a apoferritin-benzothiazole compound and a preparation method thereof, which comprises the steps of filling ferritin liquid into a dialysis bag, placing the dialysis bag into sodium acetate dialysis buffer solution with the pH value of 4.5-5.5 and containing thioglycollic acid for dialysis, continuously introducing nitrogen in the dialysis process to keep an anaerobic environment, replacing the dialysis bag once every 20-25 min until the liquid in the dialysis bag is colorless, carrying out sterile filtration on the liquid in the bag by using a 0.22 mu m filter to prepare apoferritin mother liquor, and measuring the protein concentration of the mother liquor by using a BCA method; loading a benzothiazole compound into apoferritin by an in-situ production method of apoferritin and the benzothiazole compound to obtain an apoferritin-benzothiazole compound; the compound prepared by the invention has potential targeting anti-tumor effect.
