titleOfInvention | Immune preparation of broad-spectrum anti-tumor mouse model by using apoptotic body vaccine |
abstract | The invention protects a broad-spectrum anti-tumor mouse model prepared by the apoptosis corpuscle vaccine immunization, and the mouse is prepared by the apoptosis corpuscle vaccine immunization and has broad-spectrum anti-tumor property. The establishment method comprises the following steps: inducing cancer cell apoptosis in vitro by nutritional deficiency method to obtain apoptotic body. Kunming mice were immunized with apoptotic bodies once a week by subcutaneous injection of 25mg/kg apoptotic bodies per mouse for a total of five weeks. The results of in vivo antitumor experiments on mice show that the tumor inhibition rate of H22 tumor-bearing mice can reach 80.27 percent, and the molding success rate reaches 50 percent. The invention aims at the phenomena that in the existing immune anti-tumor animal experiment, the positive control modeling is unreasonable, and no broad-spectrum immune anti-tumor mouse exists in the market at present. The mouse immunized by the apoptotic bodies solves the problem, has stronger anti-tumor immunity, and has stable model and high production quality. |
