titleOfInvention Mass spectrum tissue analysis instrument based on tandem mass spectrum and use method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a mass spectrum tissue analysis instrument based on tandem mass spectrum, which comprises an ion source generating device, an ion transmission system, a bilinear ion trap, an ion detection device and a control system. Each sample point is ionized through desorption, ions enter the first linear ion trap through the ion transmission system and are stored, and then target parent ions are sequentially selected out from the first linear ion trap and sent into the second linear ion trap to be dissociated. And then, performing mass analysis on the target parent ions and the fragment ions by using an ion detection device, and finally detecting all the target parent ions and the fragment ions at the sample point by using a detection device. The invention can fully utilize the parent ions generated by desorption ionization of target molecules of each sampling point, and can effectively perform mass spectrum imaging on isomers on the tissue sample.
