abstract The invention discloses a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for simultaneously detecting 21 mycotoxins in cereals, which comprises the following steps: (1) pretreating a sample; (2) purifying; (3) and (5) detecting by LC-MS/MS. The method of the invention has simple operation and accurate qualitative and quantitative determination, and can be used as a reliable method for detecting various mycotoxins in cereals.
