titleOfInvention | Surface enhanced Raman scattering detection device and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a surface-enhanced Raman scattering detection device and a preparation method thereof. The detection device is a porous membrane formed by sequentially attaching a metal foil and graphene oxide sheets with single-layer silver nanoparticles on the surface of a super-hydrophobic material; placing a graphite positive electrode and a metal foil negative electrode in an oxalic acid aqueous solution for electrifying, placing the obtained simple substance metal foil as a positive electrode and a conductor as a negative electrode in a graphene oxide aqueous solution for electrophoresis, placing the obtained simple substance metal foil with the surface covered with a porous membrane consisting of graphene oxide sheets in a silver nanoparticle ethanol dispersion liquid for standing, taking out and drying to obtain an intermediate product, and then cutting the intermediate product into pieces with the size of less than or equal to 0.15mm 2 The square block is attached to the surface of the super-hydrophobic material to prepare the target product. The method is very easy to be widely applied to the real-time detection of the persistent organic pollutant 4-monochlorobiphenyl and the pesticide methyl parathion in a commercial way, and has potential application prospect in the aspects of food safety detection, environmental monitoring and the like. |
