abstract | The invention discloses a reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-60 parts of polyether polyol, 20-40 parts of polyester polyol, 10-20 parts of polyisocyanate, 0.5-20 parts of hydroxyl-terminated acrylate-carbonate copolymer resin, 0.5-4 parts of an assistant for enhancing water resistance and 0.05-0.5 part of a catalyst. The invention also provides a preparation method of the reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive. The reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive prepared by the invention has excellent adhesion to plastics, metals, wood, glass and the like, has good adhesion to low surface energy materials such as PP, PE and the like, has good heat resistance, has particularly excellent tolerance to water or moisture, can be applied to the field which needs to well adhere to the low surface energy materials and can be in a hot, water or moisture environment for a long time, is suitable for the fields of automobile manufacturing, woodworking household appliances, building engineering, electronic appliances and the like, and has wide market prospect. |
