titleOfInvention Disulfide bond-containing compound, use thereof and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention provides a compound containing disulfide bonds, and application and a preparation method thereof, wherein the compound has a structural general formula as follows: . Wherein A is a substituted or unsubstituted hydrophilic monosaccharide group, an oligosaccharide group or an ammonium inner salt group, and B is a hydrophobic aliphatic group with carbon atoms within 40. The invention introduces disulfide bonds at corresponding positions of small molecules, so that the disulfide bonds not only keep the film dissolving and protein stabilizing effects equivalent to or even better than those of the original detergent, but also can realize complete in-situ degradation under the action of a breaking agent, degrade the disulfide bonds into two thiol fragments and lose the properties of a surfactant. The compound can be used for preparing and researching membrane protein.
