abstract | The invention relates to a colored flame-retardant charring agent tetra (dimethyl glyceryl silicate oxy) p-benzoquinone compound and a preparation method thereof, wherein the structure of the compound is shown as the following formula: the preparation method comprises the following steps: adding a proper amount of organic solvent and tetrachloro-p-benzoquinone into a reactor provided with a stirrer, a thermometer and a high-efficiency reflux condenser tube, adding dimethyl silicic acid cyclic glyceride sodium alcohol salt with the mole being 4-5 times of that of the tetrachloro-p-benzoquinone, heating to 100-160 ℃, carrying out heat preservation reaction for 5-8 h, carrying out suction filtration, recrystallizing with absolute ethyl alcohol, and drying to obtain a reddish brown powder colored flame retardant charring agent tetra (dimethyl silicic acid glyceride oxy) p-benzoquinone. The compound has excellent flame-retardant charring performance and coloring function, is suitable for being used as a flame-retardant charring agent and a coloring agent of materials such as nylon, polyester, polyurethane, rubber, polyolefin, unsaturated resin and the like, has a one-step reaction preparation method, simple process and less equipment investment, and is easy to realize industrial production. |
