The invention discloses a palladium-catalyzed method for synthesizing 2,3-dihydroquinazolin-4(1 H )-ketone compounds through activation and functionalization of N -substituted aniline ortho-position C-H bonds. Using N -substituted anilines, amines, CO, and aldehydes/ketones with simple structures and convenient sources as starting materials, palladium acetate was used as a catalyst to activate functionalized multi-component reactions through palladium-catalyzed N -substituted aniline ortho C-H bonds to directly synthesize 2,3-dihydroquinazolin-4(1 H )-one, and open up a new method for the synthesis of such compounds with cheap and easy-to-obtain raw materials, short steps, high atom economy, mild reaction conditions, and environmental friendliness. way. |
