The invention relates to a 3-aryl-4-alkoxy benzyl ether derivative, the molecular structure of which is shown in the following formula (I), wherein R in the formula 1 Is hydrogen or fluorine; r 2 Is hydroxy (OH) or amino (NH) 2 ) (ii) a n is 0 or 1. The derivatives can be obtained by alkaline hydrolysis of an intermediate obtained by nucleophilic substitution reaction of 3-aryl-4-alkoxy benzyl bromide and substituted phenol. The 3-aryl-4-alkoxy benzyl ether derivative has phosphodiesterase IV inhibition activity. |
