abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of 4-acetoxyl-2-methyl-2-butenal. The method comprises the following steps: (1) under the catalysis of a phase transfer catalyst, chloroisopentene reacts with acetate to generate isopentenol acetate; (2) oxidizing the prenol acetate obtained in the step (1) by using hydrogen peroxide under the catalysis of selenium dioxide to obtain 4-acetoxyl-2-methyl-2-butenal. The method takes the chloroisoamylene as a starting material, is a common fine chemical intermediate, is cheap and easy to obtain, does not need a noble metal catalyst in the reaction process, and has the advantages of low cost, short synthetic route, simple operation and little environmental pollution. Is an effective synthetic route. |
