titleOfInvention Organic solvent nanofiltration composite membrane with molybdenum disulfide as active layer and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of organic solvent nanofiltration membrane separation, and particularly relates to an organic solvent nanofiltration composite membrane with an active layer of molybdenum disulfide and a preparation method thereof. The dopamine modified organic microfiltration membrane is taken as a base membrane, and molybdenum disulfide nanosheets are self-stacked on the base membrane by a low-speed suction filtration method, so that the organic solvent nanofiltration composite membrane is prepared. Compared with the existing composite membrane taking an organic microfiltration membrane as a base membrane, the organic solvent nanofiltration composite membrane can obviously improve the flux of the solvent under the same interception performance. In general, the organic solvent nanofiltration composite membrane has high solvent flux, high solute rejection rate and good stability, and can be well applied to the field of membrane separation.
