abstract | The invention provides a preparation method of a polyvinylidene fluoride hollow fiber membrane, which comprises the following steps: a) mixing polyvinylidene fluoride, a first organic solvent and a pore-forming agent to obtain a polyvinylidene fluoride membrane casting solution, b) spinning the polyvinylidene fluoride membrane casting solution to obtain a polyvinylidene fluoride hollow fiber primary membrane; and c) soaking the polyvinylidene fluoride fiber primary membrane in an etching solution to etch a pore-forming agent in the polyvinylidene fluoride fiber primary membrane to form a plurality of openings, so as to obtain a polyvinylidene fluoride hollow fiber membrane, wherein polyvinylidene fluoride is crystallized in the polyvinylidene fluoride hollow fiber membrane to obtain crystalline polyvinylidene fluoride, and the proportion of beta crystal form in the crystalline polyvinylidene fluoride is more than or equal to 30%. The invention also provides a polyvinylidene fluoride hollow fiber membrane. |
