abstract The invention relates to a method for quantifying chloropropanol fatty acid ester, which comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out acid catalysis transesterification on a sample to be detected under an auxiliary condition, and converting chloropropanol fatty acid ester in the sample to be detected into chloropropanol; the auxiliary condition is any one or combination of at least two of ultrasound, light wave and microwave; (2) performing chloropropanol quantitative analysis on a product obtained by acid-catalyzed transesterification; (3) and calculating the content of the chloropropanol fatty acid ester according to the content of the chloropropanol. In the quantitative method provided by the invention, the ester exchange reaction time is short, the sample is extracted cleanly, the recovery rate is high, and the method is an efficient, accurate and easily popularized quantitative method for chloropropanol fatty acid ester.
