titleOfInvention | Colorectal cancer early diagnosis reagent based on joint detection of SDC2 and SFRP2 gene methylation level |
abstract | The invention belongs to the field of molecular biology, and particularly relates to a colorectal cancer early diagnosis reagent based on joint detection of SDC2 and SFRP2 gene methylation levels. The invention uses feces as a detection sample, uses the combination of the SDC2 gene and the SFRP2 gene as biomarkers, and detects the methylation level of the SDC2 gene and the SFRP2 gene. The results show that the methylation level of SDC2 and SFRP2 genes detected in feces keeps extremely high correlation with colorectal cancer onset, the detection sensitivity of the colorectal cancer is 94.74 percent, and the specificity is 96.67 percent. The detection method is accurate, rapid and simple, and can realize noninvasive colorectal cancer screening and early diagnosis. |
