titleOfInvention | Method for culturing microalgae by adopting lignocellulose |
abstract | Aiming at the problem of high cost of carbon sources existing in the heterotrophic microalgae fermentation in the prior art, the invention provides a process for taking lignocellulose agricultural and forestry waste as a raw material, wherein the process comprises the steps of pretreatment of lignocellulose raw material, saccharification, heterotrophic microalgae fermentation, post-treatment and the like. The process adopts a strategy of combining lignocellulose biomass saccharification and microalgae heterotrophic fermentation, not only obviously reduces the production cost of the microalgae heterotrophic fermentation, but also solves the problem of comprehensive utilization of agricultural and forestry wastes. Meanwhile, a cellulase preparation for catalyzing saccharification of lignocellulose is adopted, so that the enzyme cost in the saccharification stage is obviously reduced. In addition, the medium and the fermentation medium in the saccharification stage of the lignocellulose in the process can be recycled, so that water and chemicals can be obviously saved, and the process has the obvious effects of reducing wastewater discharge and reducing cost; has important significance for industrialization. |
