Treating the base film by using low-temperature plasma under a certain atmosphere, coating viscous liquid on the surface of the base film, and drying by vacuum drying or forced air drying to obtain the coating film. The invention has the advantages of low cost of raw materials, simple preparation process, simple and convenient operation and less time consumption. The coating layer can generate adhesive force with the battery pole piece and the base film, reduce the impedance and polarization phenomena of a battery system, improve the discharge performance, and can be used for the battery system.
